We had a wonderful week in Chalet Les Carres.

The chalet was really cozy and the perfect size for our group. We loved the open-plan kitchen/living room and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 14 people. The beds and linen were very comfortable, everyone slept really well. We loved coming home to the hot tub and were pleased to see it was cleaned 2-3 times during the week. The chalet is in a great location, there is a free bus that takes you either up the hill to the nearest chair lift or down the hill to town. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back.

What would have made it better?: The living room was quite cramped and the lighting was poor (either bright lights or nothing), which meant it wasn't the most relaxing. It would have been useful to have some basic provisions on arrival e.g. loo roll, washing up liquid and bin bags. Or at least tell us there wont be any so we could have come prepared. There were a couple of issues during our week - we ran out of gas and water on 2 separate occasions. Both issues were sorted quickly but caused some stress to the group.
