Mark and Susan Nathan
Mark and Susan acquired the business in 2008 with just four apartments, including Chalet Hastings and two small chalets. Aiming to provide unforgettable holidays at great value, they developed a bespoke vacation concept. Susan handles cleaning and linen partnership relations, while Mark, an Imperial College graduate with over 30 years in management consulting and sales systems, leads marketing, business development, finances, and tech innovations. Susan, a former yoga teacher and mother of three, also has experience in the UK civil service.
Ben
Since joining Chalets 1066 in 2010, Ben, an ISIA-certified ski coach, has honed his skills globally, from Australia to Italy's Aosta Valley and Switzerland. His diverse role at Chalets 1066 involves owner relations, maintenance, gardening, jacuzzi upkeep, and customer operations. Ben's background includes serving in the UK's Royal Marine Commando with deployments in Sierra Leone and Afghanistan, where he first learned to ski.
Jeremy
Jeremy joined the Chalets1066 team a year ago as our Technical Manager, bringing with him nearly a decade of hands-on experience in electrical work, home equipment installation, and property maintenance.
Known (almost as much for his height as for his kindness), Jeremy is the calm, reliable presence behind the scenes, ensuring our chalets and apartments are safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for both guests and owners.
Based in Montriond with his family, Jeremy’s local knowledge and technical expertise are invaluable — from quick fixes to larger installations, he approaches every task with care, precision, and a genuine desire to help.

MĂ©lodie, your first point of contact for reservations, ensures every detail of your needs is met for a perfect holiday. Based in the region, she speaks fluent English.
Noémie
Noémie, overseeing Operations at Chalets 1066 alongside Ben, brings a wealth of experience from her start in the hotel industry in 2008. With professional stints in Paris, the USA, and Germany, she now works in Les Gets. Passionate about skiing, hiking, and cycling to the office in good weather, Noémie embodies a love for the Les Gets lifestyle.
Laetitia
Laetitia joined Chalets 1066 in Summer 2022, bringing her London hospitality experience to finance and sales. Settled in Les Gets since 2020, she combines her passion for skiing and dog walking with her professional skills.
David
David, with over 30 years of familiarity with Haute Savoie, retired to Morzine in 2018 with his acupuncturist wife, Kim. His 40-year career in civil engineering project management enriches Chalets 1066 with his expertise in accounting and financial management.
Francois
François joined the team at the beginning of the summer of 2024. He has lived in the region for more than 10 years and knows all the trails in the area, as he is also a mountain leader and a keen skier and mountain biker. He also has a solid background in finance, management and accounting. He looks after a large part of the administrative and financial side of Chalets1066.
