We appreciated the availability and kindness of the staff (4 calls during the stay) which were quickly resolved when possible (no teaspoons, towel warmer out of order, no saucepan because of a change of induction plate, forgotten towels for a room.

The cleaning on arrival is not perfect (under the beds, under the sofas.
