Les Gets - Summer Pass Portes du Soleil route - Our experience
Next weekend is the Passportes du Soleil – this is a brilliant event, the route covers 80km and 14 lifts, there is around 1000m climbing.
We have ridden this route many times, the route is good cross country and takes you into Switzerland, it is challenging whilst not too difficult and is highly enjoyable to the average mountain biker.
To us, this is one of the best mountain bike routes in the world – we have ridden much of the UK and also Canada and we feel that nothing compares. Les Gets is one of the points where you can start, there is also a mountain bike exhibition in Les Gets.
