Having frequently stayed with family or friends in the Portes du Soleil but especially in AVORIAZ and MORZINE once last year, we chose this year Les Gets and this chalet Champ De Lune very well located and offering an extraordinary panorama on the mountain, we also enjoyed an excellent quality of snow and a daily sun.

We really appreciated this very family resort and especially the kindness of the shopkeepers and the inhabitants in general, always ready to help us. We plan to go back next season for a new family reunion. The chalet Champ De Lune recently renovated with taste is very comfortable and has perfectly met our expectations in terms of accommodation.

Post-rental communication was easy, we only have to deplore a few details that disrupted our stay:

• no indication on how to start the pellet stove that was unplugged and the charming person who received us had no knowledge on this subject.
• The drain of the shower in the right ground floor room was blocked by a braid of hair due to a lack of cleaning.
• If we had not switched on the forced water supply in the morning, we would not have had any hot water in the evening, knowing that this operation would have cut off the general circuit breaker; a preventive information on arrival would have been useful.

At each request from us, you were very responsive by moving within 15 minutes, it was however difficult to make ourselves understood because we do not have a sufficient command of the technical English of the building.
